Ingredients:
Sauce Tomato Sauce (Water, Tomatoes (Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Food Acid (330) 42%, Firming Agent (509)), Tomato Paste), Water, Sugar, Vegetable Powder, Food Acid (260)), Onion, Herbs & Spices (Cumin, Coriander, Nutmeg, Rosemary, Turmeric, Ginger, Star Anise, Chilli Powder), Canola Oil, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Salt, Water, Habanero Chilli Puree (Contains Food Acid (330)), Thickener (1442), Natural Colour (160c). Rice Jasmine Rice.

Please keep in a dry place, once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

How to make authentic West African Tomato Stew with rice:
Ingredients Not Included (You will need):
* 200g protein of your choice (e.g., chicken, beef, fish, or tofu)
* Oil or ghee butter for sautéing
* One large onion (for sautéing)
* 2 tablespoons of of Nana Africa spice Rub of your choice for seasoning protein (during cooking)
2 teaspoons of Nana Africa spice rub of your choice for flavor at the end 1.5 cups of water
* Salt to taste.

Instructions for cooking:
1. Heat oil (butter or ghee) in a pan.
2. Add half of the chopped onions and sauté until softened.
3. Add protein of your choice and Nana Africa Spice Rub of choice and cook until browned.
4. Stir in tomato stew provided in the pouch.
5. Cook for 15 mins and stew is ready to be served with rice.
