West African Ghanaian Palava Sauce with oil rice meal kit.

Ingredients:
Sauce Tomato Sauce (Water, Tomatoes (Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Food Acid (330) 42%, Firming Agent (509)), Tomato Paste), Sugar, Vegetable Powder), Spinach, Onion, Canola Oil, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Water, Spices, Salt, Thickener (1442), Natural Colour (141ii), Food Acid (330). Rice Jasmine Rice.

Please keep in a dry place, once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Shelf Life: 18 months.

How to make authentic West African Palava Sauce with rice:
Ingredients Not Included (You will need):
* 200g protein of your choice (e.g., chicken, beef, fish, or tofu).
* Oil or ghee butter for sautéing
* Add half of chopped onions.
* One large onion (for sautéing)
* 2 teaspoons of Nana Africa spice rubs for protein of your choice (during cooking).
* 2 teaspoons of Nana Africa spices Rub of your choice for flavour (at the end).
* 1.5 cups of water.
* Salt to taste.

Instructions for cooking sauce:
1. Heat oil (butter or ghee) in a pan.
2. Add half of the chopped onions and, sauté until softened.
3. Add protein of your choice and Nana Africa Spice Rub of choice and cook until browned.
